1 peça de filé mignon suíno cortado em cubos
1 cebola picada
alho picadinho
1 colher (sopa) de amido de milho (maizena)
pimentão vermelho em cubos
pimentão amarelo em cubos
1 vidro de molho agridoce (usei masterfoods)
água fervente
óleo ou azeite
sal e pimenta á gosto

Tempere a carne com o alho, sal e pimenta deixe pegar um pouco de gosto.Se tiver o hábito de utilizar outros temperos sinta-se à vontade para utilizar.Junte o amido à carne e misture até envolver toda a carne no amido.Aqueça o óleo ou azeite em uma panela e doure muito bem a carne.Quando a carne estiver dourada, adicione a cebola e refogue um pouco.Junte então os pimentões, refogue mais um pouco.Junte então o molho e meça 1 medida do mesmo vidro de água fervente.Tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar, mexendo de vez em quando.Se necessitar adicione mais água.Cozinhe até a carne estar cozida, mas ainda macia e o molho encorpado.Sirva em seguida acompanhado de arroz branco e pão.Ou coma como quiser.Eu adicionei um sachê de tempero (sazon, mais sabor, etc).Bom apetite.
